The 2024 SweetHart Women in Real Estate Mastermind will be held at a beautiful 30-bedroom home on the beach in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.  Attendees will be provided with the exact address prior to the event.

Any woman real estate investor with an open mind and a generosity of spirit may attend.  Our goal is to help every woman investor who wants help and to create a community of women who want to help each other live their best life!

 The SweetHart Mastermind is open to all women 21 years of age or older. 

No, pets are not allowed at SweetHart Mastermind. Service animals are permitted.

No.   Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to the Mastermind.

The 2024 Mastermind is being held in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.  This is a lovely spot on the beach, but it is a bit remote.  The closest commercial airport is Norfolk, VA (ORF), which is about 1 hour and 45 minutes away.  The Raleigh-Durham NC  airport (RDU) is about a 4 hour drive away.

If you are driving, the address will be provided prior to the event.

If enough people fly into Norfolk around the same time, we may be able to coordinate carpools or arrange for a shuttle.  However, that is not guaranteed.

The venue has 30 bedrooms, 24 of which are private bedrooms with private bathrooms.  The $2200 mastermind fee includes a private bedroom/private bathroom.  Although there are very few shared bedrooms and bathrooms, here are the fees for shared accomodations if available at the time of your registration:

Shared Bedroom/shared bathroom =  $1700.

Private Bedroom/shared bathroom = $2000

We will do our very best to accommodate everyone's dietary needs and preferences.  We will definitely have gluten free and vegan/vegetarian options at every meal.  If you have special dietary needs, please contact us so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

You will need to bring your own clothes and toiletries, of course.  Definitely bring your bathing suit and beach towel!  The heated pool and 2 hot tubs are waiting for you!  Otherwise, you only need to bring an open mind, a giving spirit, and a willingness to accept help from others. We will provide all meals, snacks and beverages.  Oh yeah....we will definitely have chocolate!

The term "Mastermind" was coined by Napoleon Hill in his celebrated book "Think and Grow Rich" and is defined as "a coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose." For our purposes, the Mastermind is a chance for women real estate investors to gather together in a safe, judgment-free space to learn from each other, network with each other, help each other grow in our business and personal lives...and of course to have fun! 

We believe the fastest way to get help from others is to be fully honest and transparent about our needs and challenges (we ALL have them!), and to be willing to have an open mind to suggestions from the group.  For that reason,  the main mastermind sessions consist mostly of "hotseat" presentations...or as we like to call it...."HartSweet" presentations! :)

Each attendee will have approximately 30 minutes to present their challenges or needs and hear suggestions from the moderators and the rest of the group.  Both Wendy Sweet and Mary Hart have spent many, many hours in masterminds presenting their own challenges and helping others and they are confident when they say that the Mastermind format can be truly life changing for those women who fully embrace the concept.

There will also be ample opportunities for networking and educational discussions as desired.

We have 2 mastermind sessions. The 1st session is from September 29, 2024 to October 2, 2024 and is currently SOLD OUT!  The 2nd session is from October 2, 2024 - October 5, 2024 and there are currently spots available (as of May 25, 2024).

The all-inclusive fee is $2200.  Your spot will be reserved upon receipt of a 50% deposit ($1100).  The final payment will be due July 1, 2024.

2. By check made payable to Knowledge Is Money, Inc. and mailed to: c/o Mary Hart, PO Box 1736, Fletcher NC 28732.

We understand that sometimes plans change.  However, we require a 50% deposit because we have to commit a large percentage of the mastermind fees to deposits for the venue, caterer etc. well before the actual date of the Mastermind.  If you need to cancel, we will refund your deposit once we have been able to fill your spot.  If you know someone who would like to attend in your place, please have her contact us and, once she has paid her deposit, we will refund yours.  If you do not find your own replacement, we will do our best to fill your spot so that your deposit can be refunded.  Thank you for your understanding.
