My Background
In 2019, after nearly 30 years of practicing law, I closed my law practice, The Hart Group, P.C. Since 1991, I have mentored investors and others in real estate, business and estate planning, helping them in their journey to financial freedom and a well-designed life. Currently, I am an active real estate investor, a private lender, a nationally recognized speaker, the founder of the Alternative Investing Movement and The AIM Higher Academy (AIM), and the co-founder of the SweetHart Women in Real Estate Mastermind. I believe that everyone deserves not only peace and happiness, but also the opportunity to do what they want, when they want, where they want and with whom they want. I believe that, by sharing my knowledge and experience, I can help those who want to aim higher achieve financial freedom and live their best life. I plan to make AIM and the SweetHart Women in Real Estate Mastermind a part of my legacy on earth and I look forward to getting to know you as we take this journey together!
