Your Hosts:
The Private Lending Institute will be led by Wendy Sweet (owner and founder of Carolina Capital Management) and Mary Hart (owner and founder of Fair Oaks Funding). Mary and Wendy bring a combined 40+ years of lending experience and expertise to the Institute. They are each nationally recognized speakers and educators in the lending and real estate investing space and have a passion for helping others achieve financial freedom. Mary is also an attorney with over 34 years of experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
Your all-inclusive lending institute experience covers:
