Meet Wendy Sweet—she’s been in the lending game since 2001, starting as a conventional lender before shifting entirely to Hard Money in 2008. Alongside her brother, Bill Fairman, she built Carolina Hard Money to provide funding for investors, builders, landlords, and developers navigating the ever-changing real estate market. Today, she continues to help investors grow their wealth throughout the Carolinas and the Southeast while managing a real estate fund for accredited investors.
With 35 years as a licensed real estate broker in both North and South Carolina, Wendy brings a rare combination of sales and lending expertise. Her passion? Helping like-minded investors succeed through smart, strategic lending—creating strong returns and real impact.
Mary Hart has spent decades helping others achieve financial freedom. After nearly 30 years as an attorney, she decided to go all-in on real estate investing and private lending. Since 1991, she’s mentored investors in real estate, business, and estate planning, showing them how to build wealth and design a life they truly love.
She’s the founder of the Alternative Investing Movement (AIM) and co-founder of the SweetHart Women in Real Estate Mastermind—both dedicated to empowering investors.
